*I don’t know you. Why should I trust you with my money ?
Fair enough. The main reason I use Paypal for payments is for your reassurance. If you think you’re not getting what you payed for you can open a dispute with Paypal and even escalate it to a claim (more information here).
*What do I get for 99 USD ?
You get everything you need to run a succesfull blog:
- a .com / .net / .org domain of your choice
- hosting for your blog
- wordpress installation + 10 templates
- 3 of the most important plugins already installed and activated
*Which plugins do you install ?
We install and activate: Akismet (spam fighter for the comments), All in One SEO, NextGen Gallery.
*Which templates do you install ?
Of course the Default and Classic templates come with the Wordpress installation. The other 8 templates are yours to choose. Just go to the template gallery and choose what you like and send me the links. You’ll be able then to change the templates and choose the one you think suits your blog best.
*I want more templates and plugins. Can you help me ?
Of course. The easiest way would be if you choose your templates and plugins and send them by email at the time of your order. You’ll get a special quote for all the services. If you’re unsure which plugins are best suited for your needs just drop an email at office@thepinkass.com describing what you want and I’ll be glad to help you choose.
*What happens after the first year ?
If you want to continue using your blog you’ll have to renew your domain for one more year and pay for the hosting. At this time the cost for 1 year (domain + hosting) is 39 USD and I don’t expect it to rise.
*What if I’m not happy with the service ?
Of course you have the option to move your domain and blog somewhere else but i’m sure you will not want to do that. So sure that I’m ready to refund all your money in the first 15 days of service if you’re unhappy (you must have a Paypal account for this).
*How much space do I have for site and mail ?
The “standard” blog package consists of 300M of disk space (for example this blog at this time takes 40M of disk space). You can use this space for the blog and the email. If you want more space you have two options:
- get extra space on the server – just send an email at office@thepinkass.com with your needs and I’ll be more than happy to make you a special offer
- use Google Apps and get max. 50 mail accounts of more than 7G each, Google Docs, Calendar; if you’re unsure about the configuration details I’m here to help you – just send an email
